The Vitamins You Need

These are the vitamins Dr. Oz says that every person needs.  

Vitamin D
Calcium and Magnesium together
Omega-3
Baby Aspirin
Multi Vitamin

I also take:
Biotin for my hair
Vitamin B to get rid of zits and help me keep energized since I stopped having coffee

Also have 4 cups of green tea a day
